Norfolk Summer Exchange Programme - August 2025

Norfolk County Council along with its multiagency partners, are very proud to present another summer of free events to offer an opportunity for leaders and managers across the country to hear from peers about good practice with children and families, discuss what works well and learn from each other how to best overcome challenges.

This will be our third Summer Leadership Exchange programme, which will build on the success of previous years, and provide a brand new suite of new partnership learning opportunities. As before, they will be hosted on Microsoft Teams every Wednesday afternoon, 15:30-17:00 throughout August. This year’s sessions are titled:

Family Help: Embedding our MDT model, Wed 6^th August
Making School Attendance Everyone’s Responsibility, Wed 13^th August
SEND and Team around the school - System collaboration and integration, Wed 20^th August
Approaches to supporting adolescents, Wed 27^th August
