Triple P Family Transitions Groups

Triple P Family Transitions Group is a free service for parents to access whether they have professional support or not.

Triple P Family Transitions is for parents who are divorced, separating, or separated, and are finding it difficult to communicate in a healthy form, and the child/ren are getting caught in the middle of their conflict.

These groups are completely free! Two online groups avaliable, attendance is one session per week for 5 weeks.
