Norfolk’s Local Plan For Multi-Agency Safeguarding Arrangements (MASA) 2024
Today we published Norfolk’s MASA which sets out how the statutory partners work together to keep children safe from harm.

This iteration of the plan is fully compliant with Working Together 2023 and includes details of our Lead and Delegated Statutory partners as well as more information on how education supports the arrangements as well as the crucial role that data and intelligence plays in our safeguarding work. We are confident that we will continue to build on our strengths and have much to celebrate in our mature, collaborative and systemic approaches to partnership working. As always, the statutory partners are open to challenge, committed to learning and strive to ensure that all Norfolk children are protected from harm.
