Keeping Children Safe, Helping Families Thrive
Last week, the Department for Education launched a new document: Keeping Children Safe, Helping Families Thrive.
26th November, 2024
This document is centred on social care, focusing on enhancing child safety and family support.
It also emphasises the importance of strengthening partnership working with education settings, including them being part of new multi-agency child protection teams.
Norfolk is considering the policy and practice implications on this new DfE guidance.
Our government is on a mission to give each and every child the very best life chances. They ensure opportunity, not just for some of our children, but for all of our children.
