The Mancroft Advice Project (MAP) are providing a free phone advice line and email advice service for young people, aged 11-25, across Norfolk, open 10.30 am – 5.30 pm Monday to Friday (except bank holidays).
Young people can call or email them if they:
- Need food
- Are worried about money and debt
- Need advice about housing or benefits
- Don’t know where to get help for other problems or worries
Their team of expert advisers will be there to help. It’s free and confidential.
Norfolk partners are working together to ensure victims of domestic abuse know help remains available

On the 11th April 20 the Home Office launched a new public awareness campaign highlighting that if anyone is at risk of, or experiencing domestic abuse, help is still available.

See Something, Hear Something, Say Something Campaign

A county-wide campaign is being launched on Thursday 9th April calling on communities to look out for children and young people, during the current coronavirus lockdown. Entitled See Something, Hear Something, Say Something, the campaign focuses on keeping children safe, as families face the pressure of staying at home for this prolonged period.
