We are pleased to launch the new Norfolk Continuum of Need Guidance today, which replaces the Norfolk Threshold Guide.

There is a guidance booklet for professionals as well as a Descriptors of Need booklet to use with families and a Consent Leaflet. These documents are all underpinned with a toolbox.
