Norfolk Summer Leadership Exchange Programme Brochure
Norfolk County Council Children’s Services is very proud to present a summer of free events to offer an opportunity for leaders and managers across the country to hear from peers about good practice, discuss what works well and learn from each other how to best overcome challenges.
29th June, 2023
For some time now in Norfolk we’ve been running themed practice weeks open to all agencies working with children and young people. These have been going from strength to strength - it’s clear there is a strong appetite for learning and sharing best practice.
This first Norfolk Summer Exchange Programme: Leadership in Services for Children and Young People, aims to extend our learning offer to colleagues across the country.
It provides a series of free weekly online workshops on Microsoft Teams each on a different theme:
- Whole system leadership
- Family group decision making
- Unaccompanied asylum-seeking young people
- Trauma informed practice
They are from 3pm to 5pm every Wednesday in August. No booking is required - just click and join. All the links and further detail are in the this brochure - Norfolk Summer Leadership Exchange Programme Brochure
Please circulate the brochure to managers and leaders in your organisation and to any other partners you feel would benefit from attending. For any queries about these events, please contact CSStaffDevelopment@norfolk.gov.uk
We look forward to seeing you there.
